ADDITIONAL DRIVER APPLICATION FORM

The additional driver application form is for anyone who wants to add an additional driver to the insurance of their lease vehicle.  To add an additional driver you will need:​

  • The additional drivers National Insurance Number

  • The registration number of your vehicle. If not known you can leave this blank

  • A scan or photo of the front and back of the additional drivers driving license

  • You can add up to 2 additional drivers to the insurance policy

  • Additional drivers must be aged 18 years or over and hold a full licence for driving in the UK
